  • Package fill sizes from 1 oz. to 500-gallon totes (with specialization in 2 oz. and 4 oz. sizes) and cartridge filling up to 2000 ml size.
  • High-speed heat-sealed capping available.

  • Easy Open Drop-Lock cap which features a liner-less seal
  • No further need to remove an inner foil seal upon opening the container
  • A visual tamper band separation provides a secure seal and enables consumers to quickly open the product container, while eliminating waste

Our onsite Microbiology Laboratory with experienced chemists on staff is a fully equipped analytical lab with infrared analysis and gas chromatography capabilities. Our Quality and Regulatory departments are staffed with dedicated specialists for documentation, inspections, batch reviews, label control. Barcode scanners deployed for maximum label control and regulatory compliance to ensure material compatibility, instrument staining and storage stability. Lot traceability with 5-year traceable batch retains.

Onsite chemical analysis and testing of Detergency and Chelating, Flash point, NACE corrosion, Enzyme activity, Material compatibility, Instrument staining, Storage stability. Complete sanitation program on all filling equipment. Continuous quality improvement program. Superior Water Purity. Onsite microlab for ongoing water validations provide rapid response for continuous quality improvement. .2 absolute micron filtration, water circulates 24 hours/day to maximize purity, USP-grade water purification system utilizes Reverse Osmosis system, total water system sanitation every 14 days, implementation of double UV light to maximize purity, USP-Grade purified water used in all OTC and cosmetic products, inline monitors for constant purity checks, automatic titrations, complete wet chemistry testing.
